Chris' Eastwood fail to show yet again so the first leg is awarded and frankly he has now messed up four times so unless I get confirmation from him that he will definitely put down the second leg next week he will be awarded a defeat and we will move on to the final. He has until midday tuesday.

In other words Lee keep a swatch on the fixtures as you may well have the first leg of the final next week.

Ok, it seems safe to say that Chris is experiencing more computer issues as I know he would be in touch if he could be. However, with the first leg already awarded and four misses already unfortunately the comp has to move forward so the fixtures have been updated and the final starts next week.

There is the option for the losing semi-finalists to play a one game play off to take the full £1mill prize (rather than half a mill each) but as this is dependent on both managers agreeing I will assume both teams want £500k unless both Chris and Dave post here before the weekend confirming their wish to play the one off decider.

Thanks to everyone for a comparatively smooth comp. Poor old Chris, if not for his connectivity issues the comp would have been even quicker and he may have even won it. Unfortunately the rules are quite clear and no exceptions are ever made as it wouldn't be fair to other managers who have lost out in the past.

Not leaving an apology because the failed game because of the stage of the comp is irrelevant.

As I have said I have no intention of awarding either leg in the final ever so it is irrelevant.

Am currently on my phone so couldn't check it if I wanted to and frankly I have no intention of checking it as it doesn't matter in the nicest possible way.

Better things to do with my time than checking other manager's text files when there is zero chance of them being punished anyway. Just a waste of everyone's time

Congrats to The Academy Reserves on winning the WPL Super Cup.

I have e-mailed Glynn the details of the winners prize money so the following teams need to ask for the following amounts on their misc orders of the client next monday.

The awarding of the bril youth player will be on week 1 of next season.
