First leg of the Final is next week, followed by the second leg the week after.

Congrats to Boo on winning the competition. The Cash awards of £2.8mill and £1.4mill will be in the finalist's accounts next monday. The "bril" youth player will be in the squad for week 1.

Thanks to all those who took part for a largely hassle-free comp.

The competition will be back next season and the entry post will be in this area around week 24 with a deadline of week 29 for entries.

It was a bit like Denmark in the 1992 Euro Championship.

When this Cup was set up I wasn't even in the league. Suddenly I join the league and enter the Cup at the last minute to make the numbers up and end up winning it :shock:

Do I need to put the prize money on my turn or will Glynn automatically credit it to the account?

Despite my e-mail requesting the money be paid in today it hasn't before either of you (Boo and Mike) say anything.

Glynn has said he will do it literally this very minute so it will be waiting in your accounts next week (bear in mind there is no entry for the money so don't expect to see wpl prize money as an entry line).

Less than a week to go and 29 teams in the comp so far. Would be good to get a round 32.
