The focus was on the cup this week as the main game saw The Academy beat cup specialists Longfield K.L.F 2-1.
In the highlights package Seabourne's cup run was ended by a solitary goal as Zombie Nation made it an all top flight final.
The final match was the top of the table clash between Ziaste and St Joseph's. The visitors trailed two nil but bounced back to win 3-2 and go level on points with Spondon at the top of the table.

A new season but sadly still the same obsession by the tv companies as they continue to show Prestatyn live. They beat A.F.C Binfield 2-0 to open the new season live on tv (next week when they play a fellow top four side in Charscot no doubt the cameras will be absent..)
The highlights package saw Rhyl beat a weakened Dep El side 2-1 before showing Division One Champions make their re-appearance in the top level with a 1-1 draw at newly named Zombie Nation.
As usual the tv cameras obsession with Prestatyn vanishes when they play Charscot only to re-appear the week after (I'm not bitter ) and so the viewers got Rhyl's 2-0 win at Broomhall Lions as the main game.
Highlights were shown of two further top flight matches as Dep El beat Balham 1-0 and Shaolin beat Spondon 1-0.
The live match was the clash of unbeaten clubs as leaders Charscot visited a Ziaste Nequeno side that has beaten Charscot frequently of late. This match was to prove no different as two early goals saw theh osts win 2-1 and go second with Charscot dropping to third.
The highlights package saw Champions St Joseph's BC get their first points with a 2-0 win over Shaolin F.C
The final match was the meeting of two unbeaten Division One sides as leaders Vanbrugh Royals lost top spot after a 1-1 draw at Dutch Uncles.
The tedious obsession from the tv companies for Prestatyn Town continued this week as their 1-0 loss at Shaolin was the main match.
The first highlighted match saw Spondon record their first win of the season, recording a 2-1 win at Broomhall Lions.
The second match saw Champions St Joseph's BC lose their third match of the season, going down 1-0 at Dep El Celtico.
The live match saw Beeston Athletic easily sweep aside hosts Zombie Nation 3-0 to move into second spot in the league.
Despite being a pale imitation of the challengers from last season somehow Prestatyn Town continue to get on tv most weeks. This week they lost 1-0 at home to Dep El.
The final match on a week that focused on the top flight despite far more interesting clashes in the other divisions saw Shaolin win 1-0 at Ziaste to complete the record of away teams winning without conceding on tv this week.
A weird choice for the live match as Shaolin beat hapless Zombie Nation 1-0.
The highlights package saw the usual obsession with Prestatyn Town, despite them being completely irrelevant so far this season as they draw 1-1 at Broomhall Lions.
The final match saw two of the top five meeting as Ziaste won the local derby at Dep El 2-0.
Obvious choice for the live match this week as leaders Rhyl hosted second placed Beeston Athletic. The visitors won 2-0 and enhanced their own title chances whilst bringing questions about Rhyl's ability to stay at the top.
The highlights package saw a feast of goals as Long Eaton Archers and Shaolin F.C played out an entertaining 2-2 draw and Charscot went to Balham and thrashed the hosts 4-1.
The live match showed off the relative title chances of Shaolin and Rhyl with Shaolin showing they are the real deal whilst Rhyl failed to score for a third consecutive match and are looking less and less likely to challenge with each week.
Highlights saw a tedious goalless draw played out by Dep El Celtico and Long Eaton Archers followed by a relegation battle as Zombie Nation won 2-1 at Broomhall Lions.
An easy call for the live match this week as the top two going into the game met at Shaolin with visiting Beeston taking a point from a goalless draw that keeps them top and drops the host to third place.
The never ending obsession with Prestatyn Town saw their 2-1 loss at St Joseph's BC, current Champions, make the highlights reel.
Rhyl's fourth consecutive game without a goal and a third straight defeat was the third choice as they lost at Long Eaton Archers 1-0.
As usual the cup ties on tv were predictable as with 3 all top flight matches they of course all ended up on tv despite plenty of exciting games that could have been chosen that actually reflected the cup with shocks etc
So rather than say seeing something interesting instead we got St Joseph's winning 2-0 at Balham in the live match, a surprise to frankly no one considering the two clubs form.
This was followed with highlights of Dep El's equally predictable 1-0 win at Prestatyn Town followed by Wascisco winning 4-2 against Long Eaton Archers.
Can only hope the top flight sides avoid each other in the draw for the next round so we can get some decent ties shown on tv on week 17.
Despite being a boring side to watch, second lowest goalscorers in the top flight and a defence that lets in just as few, Shaolin F.C continue to be the tv darlings this season. This week's 3-0 humbling at A.F.C Binfield may be a warning sign going forward ?
The highlights package saw unbeaten Longfield K.L.F grasp a 1-1 draw at Callie thanks to a late equaliser after they missed numerous chances earlier.
Champions St Joseph's BC ominously close in on the top with a 3-2 win at struggling Zombie Nation, who trailed 3-0 and nearly escapes with a point.
The main match this week was focused on Champions St Joseph's BC, who after a poor starts have made swift work on making their way back towards the top and a 3-0 thumping of Rhyl showed their intentions.
The highlights package still continues to obsess over Prestatyn Town, who despite being a mid-table side this season somehow had their 2-1 loss at another mid-table side Long Eaton make the highlights.
The other match saw Ziaste continue their run of good form inflicting Spondon's second defeat of the season.
The live match this week was a derby mismatch as leaders Beeston hosted a hapless Charscot side who had 5 defeats on the trot in league and cup. The win for the hosts by the only goal of the game was hardly a shock and made for a limited tv spectacle.
The highlights package saw a shot-shy Dep El lose at home 2-0 to Shaolin, a side who aren't exactly a free-scoring side themselves.
The final match saw leaders St Joseph's draw their first game of the season as hosts Spondon Phoenix hold them to a 1-1 draw.
The live match saw the champions St Joseph's beaten on their own ground 2-0 by Ziaste, who continue to defy expectations in second place.
Highlights saw leaders Beeston suffer their second defeat of the season, a 2-1 loss in their derby match at Dep El Celtico.
The final match was a thriller with Spondon winning 3-2 at Rhyl.
The tv cameras were at Ziaste to see the home side winning a thriller 3-2 against Long Eaton Archers to go top of the league.
Previous leaders Beeston were cruelly denied retaining top spot after a late equaliser from visiting A.F.C Binfield secured a 1-1 draw in one of the highlights package.
The final match saw Prestatyn Town, tv darlings, lose 2-1 at Spondon Phoenix.
The main match this week saw A.F.C Binfield tear apart Dep El's previously strong defence with a 4-0 rout. Dep El will be hoping that the returning from injury Rekarte will see the team become strong defensively again.
The highlights saw St Joseph's draw 1-1 with Long Eaton Archers. The last match saw the one unseen top flight side finally shown on TV as The Academy beat Shaolin 2-1.
The focus of the tv companies was firmly on the cup this week. With only 2 shocks from 16 ties the fact that neither game was on tv was deeply disappointing as we got instead 3 run of the mill encounters instead.
So live was The Academy's 2-1 win over Requiem Shark.
The highlights package saw St Joseph's beat Teesside 2-1 before the only vaguely interesting match as Beeston won on penalties after a tense 0-0 draw at local rivals Rivendell.
The live match saw Champions St Joseph's thrash prospective heirs apparent Beeston Athletic 3-0.
Highlights saw the current leaders Ziaste lose at home to A.F.C Binfield 1-0 whilst the match up of 5th v 3rd saw a dour goalless draw between Spondon and Shaolin.
The live match saw the two most frequently viewed live teams face each other as Shaolin and St Joseph's BC played out a goalless draw.
Whitebrook's excellent 3-1 win over Longfield at the top of Division One was the first highlighted match.
The second saw Spondon win 1-0 at Dep El Celtico.
The third round of the cup sadly saw the tv companies obsess with the top flight clubs playing each other, meaning no chance to see cup shocks by Longfield, Ynysfawr, Cornwall etc
Instead we got a decent 3-2 win for Rhyl over St Joseph's as the live match followed by a couple of pretty uninspiring matches.
First up Ziaste lost to Zombie 1-0 and Spondon lost to The Academy 2-0. Both home sides at the top of the league and with a big interest in league results at present so not the worst news to exit the cup.
A fairly obvious live match this week as league leaders Ziaste went to third placed Shaolin. The hosts 1-0 win moved them to the top of the league.
Inexplicably the second match was Dep El's 1-0 loss to Prestatyn Town, a match that presumably was only on because Prestatyn continue to blackmail the tv company leaders as there is no other reason why they would be on so often.
The final game was again a strange choice as whilst Whitebrook Rangers are playing excellently and looking very good for a shock promotion to the top flight they were hosting a Broomhall Tigers side firmly mired in mid-table so the match held little in terms of suspense as the hosts won 3-0.
Spondon moved back into second place with a 1-0 win over The Academy in front of the tv cameras in the main match.
The highlights package saw Ziaste return to top spot with a 2-0 win over visiting local rivals Dep El Celtico.
The final match saw Long Eaton Archers and Beeston Athletic play out a 1-1 draw.
The main match saw local rivals Long Eaton Archers win 3-0 at title chasing Shaolin F.C.
The highlights package saw Longfield's miserable league run of winless matches extend to 8 as they went from Division Champions elect to fourth placed promotion hopefuls as they lost 1-0 at Real Madrid.
The final match was a 1-1 draw between A.F.C Binfield and Spondon Phoenix.
As usual the cup dominated the cameras on week 24. The main match saw the one shock of the round as Seabourne City of Division One beat Rhyl FC 2-1.
All four ties were won by the home side and the two highlighted matches saw Longfield K.L.F cruise through against divisional rivals Callie 3-0 and The Academy edge Cornwall A.F.C 1-0.
The main match this week was the battle of two title chasing clubs as Prestatyn Town hosted St Joseph's BC. Neither side could afford to drop points and the 1-1 draw played into the hands of the league leaders.
For the highlights package the first match saw Division One promotion chasers Vanbrugh and Real Madrid meet at the Royals' ground. The hosts 2-1 win puts them on the verge of promotion whilst the visitors will need to make the most of their next few games if they want to promote.
The final match saw Long Eaton Archers route hosts Rhyl F.C 3-0 to end any slim hopes they had of a title.
The tv companies focused on the title race as the number of likely winners appeared to drop to three sides.
The live match saw leaders Spondon draw 1-1 at Long Eaton Archers.
This result allowed Ziaste and St Joseph's to move within two points with wins over Rhyl and Zombie Nation respectively.
The first league to experience the revised formula for determining matches (all leagues have the new formula starting today) saw an immediate surprise as the main live match of the day was from Division One despite two of the three title challengers meeting in the top flight.
However, this proved an excellent choice as Whitebrook Rangers secured an excellent 3-1 win at leaders Vanbrugh Royals to leave both teams looking good for promotion.
The top flight clash between Spondon and Ziaste ended in a predictable 1-1 draw whilst the final highlights match saw St Joseph's BC win 2-1 at Rhyl and pull level on points with leaders Spondon ahead of their meeting next week.
Only one possible game could be live this week as the top two met with the league title to play for. Hosts and reigning Champions St Joseph's BC were expected to get the win against Spondon Phoenix but Spondon were not to be denied, taking a 2-1 win and a big step to their first title.
Highlights saw chasing Ziaste Nequeno beat Prestatyn Town 2-1 and Shaolin beta Dep El Celtico 1-0.
