Well that was pathetic...2 matches played so a number of games have now been awarded.

Those who have lost out can really have no complaints as they either haven't bothered to send in their orders repeatedly (Bulldogs,Holburn, Roots) or have been sending in their orders and keep forgetting to put their games down (Gingerknob).

Just one group has yet to have a clear winner so those teams that have games next week please try to get them down.

ive put my games down this week definatly

have i lost points then

aint gonna bother when playing roots waste of ink

not happy

why cant my games that were supposed to be played this week be played next week

as we all know the academy wont play roots anyway

all i can say is there will be 5 teams less next time

The reason your games can't be played next week is basically because a) not all of your teams have next week free and b) you clearly got your turns in yet no games were confirmed at all so as you have forgotten again I saw little point in giving you a third chance.

As to the 5 less teams next time...well big deal as a) considering how ungrateful some are there is far from a guarantee of the comp being run again and b) you keep missing your games anyway so hardly a loss (not to mention c - I don't like being given those sort of ultimatums !!).

Sorry you don't like it but if you can't be bothered to put the games down on multiple occasions then don't expect any favours when other managers put their games down every week.

As it is because I try to be fair I am happy to play the Charscot v Kendal game again next week to determine that group (your other teams weren't going through so see no point in asking other managers to put the same games down for a third time) as I have no problem with having a group decided by an actual game rather than a walkover. If you put the game down away to Charscot then that group will be updated next week...the ball is in your court...

thats hardly fair only once have i completely forgotten u know i always try and get them in unlike some who never do

it wasnt a ultimatum either i was making it easier for everyone next time if there is a next time if my sides werent involved

and rules are rules rich so i wont be putting down the kendal game hope u win it and thats not me being bitter

well i'm a little guilty i did forget my match last week, however someone else has been looking after my teams a few weeks ago.

I have no complaints at all with the 3-0 loss and only apolagise for my lack of effort in the comp. Been there trying to run one before and it all goes pearshaped, pisses you off a bit.

Anyway fully back on track now and i'll continue with the comp despite probably being out. I'll have to check if i have a game though.

Jon - I am happy to play the game with Kendal, that way the team that has the chance of qualifying still can.

As to the completely forgotten bit, you may well have only done that once but you have failed to complete your games more than once (this being the second week this week)..whilst I know that misses can happen and that you are by no means the worst offender it still unfortunately does put you some way ahead of some managers who have never missed an order.
