Charscot sadly have to focus on the league this week much as I want to win the cup we are in so much trouble we have to focus on the home match with St Joseph's BC.
Don't think it will make a jot of difference as our form is so poor so a 2-0 loss in the league and in the cup a 2-1 loss at Broomhall Tigers.

Dep El host a crashing Rhyl who haven't won in 5. However we have no form at all so they should win 2-0.

Wascisco host Carnbroe Rovers and we will hopefully keep our excellent run going with a 3-1 win.

Ziaste face two top flight sides and we have to focus on The Academy league match considering our position. We have done well there in recent years but our luck has to end sooner or later
so a 2-1 loss for us to The Academy. In the cup our lack of focus will see Whitebrook easily beat us on our own patch 3-1.

SUPER CUP FIXTURES

S.L.F.A. CUP FIXTURES

Bembridge F.C v New Town A.F.C
Ziaste Nequeno v Whitebrook Rangers
Prestatyn Town v Barton Hills United
Broomhall Tigers v Charscot Wanderers
Cornwall A.F.C v Callie Athletic
Cove Athletic v The Academy Reserves
St Joseph's BC v Real Madrid
Teesside Reds v Long Eaton Archers
Greenwich Mariners v A.F.C Binfield
Gleadless United v The Academy
Requiem Shark v Salford Quays FC
Broomhall Lions v Abergarwed Athletic
Colwyn Bay v Southpool
Carnbroe Rovers v Real Blades
Seabourne City v Dutch Uncles
Spondon Phoenix F.C v Sporting Academy

PREVIEW

THE LIVE MATCH

With the tv schedule so predictable and just one all top flight clash in the second round it is clear Ziaste's home match with
Whitebrook will be the main game on tv. The cup is a great leveller and this match may go to extra time.

THE REST OF THE TOP FLIGHT

There are a further 8 top flight clubs still in the cup with three having home field advantage.
St Joseph's have the hardest match as they host Division One leaders Real Madrid in what could be a great match. A shock away win is certainly on the cards.
Spondon have a tricky tie at home to Sporting Academy but they would be disappointed to lose in this match up.
Prestatyn's league struggles should have little bearing as visiting Barton Hills United of Division 3 should not slow the host's cup progress.
Charscot make the trip to Division One Broomhall Tigers, who have every chance of knocking out the top flight strugglers. Salford Quays will however expect
to beat hosts Requiem Shark.
Three Premier sides make trips to Division 2 sides with struggling Long Eaton Archers in danger of exiting at Teesside Reds whilst The Academy will
expect to progress at Gleadless United. Greenwich Mariners will expect to lose at home to high flying A.F.C Binfield.

YOU AGAIN ?

Two further games between same division rivals as Cornwall host Callie in an all Division One clash and Bembridge host New Town in an all Division 3 clash.
Bembridge should avenge their recent league loss and the other match has penalty shoot out written all over it.

ANY MORE SHOCKS ?

That leaves 5 ties between clubs from different divisions and just two between clubs two divisions apart.
Broomhall Lions have had a nightmare season so far and could be on for a second successive relegation and the visit of Abergarwed could easily be a preview of a league match next season. Shock is a distinct possibility.
Cove Athletic are unlikely to provide a shock at home to Division One side The Academy Reserves.
Division Two Seabourne against Division One Dutch Uncles could be one of the best ties of the round with goals aplenty.
Finally Division One sides Colwyn and Carnbroe Rovers should progress at home to Southpool and Real Blades of Division One respectively.

TWO TO WATCH

Premier Division - The Academy ....v.... Ziaste Nequeno

Third v First as two sides who have won the league in recent seasons face off. The hosts will be looking to avenge an opening day loss whilst Ziaste will hope for a sixth consecutive win to stay top
of the league. This feels like the end of Ziaste's winning run. RESULT The Academy win 2-1

Division One - Rivendell ....v.... Balham Town

Fourth v First sees Rivendell looking to return to the top flight after half a decade away face Balham looking to bounce back from relegation last season. This feels like any 3 of the top 5 will ultimately promote and with
Rivendell having done very well against most of their rivals a home win to stay top is the prediction. RESULT Rivendell to win 2-0

RESULTS THIS SEASON

100% correct - 2
Score the right way - 8
Score completely wrong - 22

Vanbrugh host Long Eaton Archers hoping for a miracle (not going to happen). There recent form is a good as ours, so hopefully we can get a point.

Rivendell have a big game at home to fourth placed Balham Town. I'll take a point and move on.

Beeston are looking to keep their good for going at home to in form Spondon. A 1-1 draw.

Greenwich host Binfield in the cup. No cup shock here. The league game at home to leaders Avlon Villa should be a doddle after the cup game!!!

Double header this week as we play in league and cup.

In the league we host Salford City in a game that both sides need the points from to move the right way in the table.

This is the game I am setting up for as league status has to come first.

We head to play Ziaste Nequeno in the cup 2nd Round. I was surprised to beat them earlier in the season and as much I as would like another win, I feel home advantage will get them over the line especially as both sides have league focus this week.

Not a great week by any means.

Charscot eke out a point at home to St Joseph's, a decent point in fairness. Scrape through via penalties in the cup.

Dep El do little as they lose 2-0 at home to Rhyl.

Wascisco come from behind to secure a 2-2 draw with Carnbroe Rovers.

Ziaste secure a brilliant 1-0 win at The Academy. Really pleased we focused on that match, resulting in our sixth consecutive league win, albeit it helped us exit the cup (may well have lost anyway).

Ziaste win in the Super Cup to progress to the final, delighted with that :)

A very satisfying WPL for me this week.

Solid win in the league, which was important as we need points from those below us to make sure we stay out of danger.

Also a cracking win in the cup, coming from behind to win and put ourselves into the 3rd round draw.

A YTH FP would of rounded the week here off, but not to be

Back to back 2-1 defeats for KLF but in fairness they have been against the current top 2. Time to get back to business next week

Dutch Uncles get an away draw and an extra time win in the cup.

LSC get another win and are starting to look comfortable in midtable which is unfamiliar territory for my sides in division one.

Rapid continue to struggle in the lower depths of division 2 losing at home.

Why not try Soccer Star 2?
