Hi all.

I recognise some names having played the game about 8/9 years ago as Belgrave Abbey and Salad Dodgers. I also had Pigeon Town in a brand new league that started.

Many moons ago, in around 1994, I also ran a team called Wolsey House, doubt any of you will remember them though!

I'm coming back for another crack and to give me a life outside of work.

I'm going to take these 4 teams, I like a challenge so am going into the doldrums!

WPL - Old Town Athletic
WPL - New Town
NSA - Glenfield Colts
NSA - Castlebay


Rich, can you just confirm what I need to do next, I can see WPL is near end of season and those teams I won't get until Week 31, fine by me.

Your 4 sides are now locked in for you John (top of the thread has been updated) so you just need to e-mail Glynn with your request for your teams, namin them again in the e-mail, and make the payment to Glynn and the NSA should be with you straight away and the WPL sides will be with you in just over 2 weeks.

With your two WPL sides we now have enough for another group (albeit 3 teams at present) in the Super Cup alongside Gav's team so you will get that part of the offer too.

Hopefully we can get another manager to take on a wpl side and that will round out another group nicely.

NSA season is past the usual weeks 1 to 3 renaming of sides window but I imagine Glynn will make exceptions so managers can make teams more personal.

The WPL sides you will be able to rename as soon as you get them in 16 days as you will be sending in orders for week 1 at that point (and posting in the wpl thread with your planned team names as early as possible will be greatly appreciated)

Already replied to the e-mail with the relevant other details
