Week 27

Bromsgrove Rovers v Swinfen Hall
Glasgow 2014 v Waldridge Park
FC Chivas v London Elite
Super Spurs v Zedd FC
Fivehead Flyers v Celyn Coyotes
Kilburn United v Oakwood Rangers
Miami Celts v Tottenham Crew
Inter Derby v X Force FC

The top 3 look the ones who will contest the title as all split by 1pt and they in turn have 6pts on the rest!. Inter Derby currently lead and they have a tricky home tie against 4th placed X Force. London Elite should dispatch with FC Chivas who are struggling to beat the drop. Fivehead Flyers also have a tight game against 6th placed Celyn Coyotes. Can this be another great week for London???
At the bottom end Bromsgrove Rovers, FC Chivas and Swinfen Hall are all cut adrift. All 3 really have to win this week, and Bromsgrove meet Swinfen in a massive game.

Game of the day - Inter Derby vs X Force

Mann United v Bruggen Village
Cair Paravel v Battle Squadron
Leicester Fosse v Luosto Tunturi
Taynton United v Hornets
Sa Domu Cheta v Zombie United
March Town United v Carnbroe Thistle
FC Storm Chasers v Scousers
Wolverines v Exeter City

Div One has seen Exeter City run away with it in recent weeks and are still the team to beat, they travel to Wolverines who won't be looking forward to it! Bruggen Village are 5pts behind Exeter and 5pts ahead of March Town who are 5 ahead of Hornets (bit of a pattern going on  ) Bruggen have a trip to Mann United who I thought would be doing better this season. March Town have picked up just one point from last 9 and need to give themselves a kick and a tough home game with 5th placed Carnbroe awaits. Leicester and Sa Domu are both 8pts from safety and need something from their games at home vs Luosto and Zombie respectively. Battle Squadron escaped the bottom 3 last week and have a game at the unpredictable Cair to tackle.

Game of the day - March Town vs Carnbroe Thistle

Dream Vipers v White Zombies
Mearns Athletic v Inter Wyberton
Santos United v Ropery Alexandra
AP Leamington v Thunder Spheres AFC
Askham Bryan Athletic v Oaken Raiders
Stainsacre FC v Whitnage AFC
Inter Parkside v Robin Hood's Bay
Hill Foot FC v PSV Ajax

Div Two promotion race is still a big mess with any of the top 10 in contention. For me Askham Bryan look the side to watch as think they will seize a spot in the top 3. Dream Vipers are rocking at home and they host White Zombies who are second so eyes will be there as of course both sides can't win! Aside from Whitnage who are all but relegated the last 2 spaces are likely to be from the next 4 sides, Stainsacre must feel they can be the latest movers as they host bottom side Whitnage.

Game of the day - Dream Vipers vs White Zombies

Hotspur Mariners v Crucial Party
Woodvale v Kings Park
Sky Athletic v Bishops Blazers FC
Forest Park v Athletic Aces
Cartonians v FC Dynamo
Ambergate Assassins v Hartford United
Alba United v La Chaume
AC Arsenal v Padiham Town FC

Another week and another loss for Ambergate, straight fight between them and AC Arsenal for T64 spot. Crucial Party have crumbled of late and FC Dynamo are just 1 pt behind now. They both should promote within the next 2 games I would think. CP are away to Hotspur Mariners and should win while FC Dynamo travel to 3rd placed Caratonians. The 3rd spot is open for a few sides and La Chaume are looking menacing chasing up the 3 sides above them.

Game of the day - Caratonians vs FC Dynamo.

Three intruiging games this week. Stainsacre need a win this week home to Whitnage if we wein this week I think they have a good chance of avoiding releagation.

Askham Bryan Athletic are home to Oaken Raiders hopefully we can carry on scoring goals for fun.

Robin Hoods Bay travel to Inter Parkside. I'd be very disappointed if they don't get promoted this season.

Both teams are just dreaming off next season

La Chaume will get Cair's youth players to see have how far they progress with regular games

Cair have actually done better than I make out and could have done even better without my nonsense tinkering

March Town need to shake off last weeks poor performance and ultimate defeat as we go again and this week we face fellow challengers for promotion Carnbroe Thistle. A tough game awaits and a win would be massive for both sides.

Taynton just trying to play for pride and get out the miserable run we are stuck in. We host Hornets this week and can help MTU out massively if we can get the win too.

Everything crossed.

That didn’t exactly go to plan   as both teams lose at home 2-0, both teams with enough chances to get something from their respective games but their opponents made better of the chances created, only the second loss of the season for Inter, which shows how well Simeons teams are playing as Inter drop a place for the first time in a long time  but both my teams have to play Fivehead, so hopefully one of them can take some points off them & London slip up somehow in the games they’ve got left, as for Kilburn, who have been dire at hone it’s time to juggle the squad & try & find some kind of form ready for next season, otherwise it’ll be a quick return to Div1 with all the UM teams getting relegated this season

A week of joy and despair in many ways in WS

I opened Taynton first and was very pleased to see them beat Hornets 1-0. Most imporatant was getting our first win in 9 games!! On form Luosto Tunturi next week.

March Town prove to be a let down again now with 3 defeats in a row! The biggest problem is that the goals have dried up. Thankfully we still have a 4pt gap to fourth place but it isn't enough. Gutting that 4 weeks ago we have Div One title aspirations and now we are struggling to get a win and hold 3rd   Maybe a change up front is needed to boost the goal shy attack. Always a tough choice when the players in there have done such a good job for most of season!

Rubbish week , down in the dumps only good thing was Thunder drawing , still possible to get promotion if we string 3 wins together it’s been done before this season .

Crucial Party Crumble Like a Digestive Being trodden on

Hornets are useless , 1 shot every game , Carl got a draw against me with March Town .few weeks back how can I get more then 1 shot on target .

Battle , loose but at least we might stay up .
