Always a tricky game against Royale Tigers and this time we are at their place. We've had a cracking start to the season and would love to keep it rolling.

Forced into one change in midfield due to injury, but we have a couple of options.

Disappointing end to the SS week with a 2-0 defeat. No complaints as fair result.

Couple of new signings arrive so we have a few more options.

A second away win this season for AFC Scarborough and we are a point behind the leaders.

Kildare were fortunate to draw 1-1 at Long Eaton B,things are a bit tight at the moment as we have only twelve players and our only sub is a GK.
If Kildare were lucky then Parkside R were not as they went down 2-1 at Edzell, probably deserved a point but the woodwork gets in the way

What a bad week ! all defeats very harsh as all teams deserved something ! A real slap with a wet fish this week !

It was the game I wan't looking forward to Wba v City as both had started the season well ! Wba made three changes from the side that won last week with a debut being given to young defender Zachary Ashworth in place of Dave Welham , Adam Reach come into midfield in place of Isaac Green and Tymo Reus returned to the side for Weston McKennie who returned to the bench. City made the one change with Gabriel Torres taking his place back in the midfield for Andre Zeklos who returned to the bench.

Kick off and the teams look evenly matched with neither side really taking control of this tight game but it's Wba who fire the first warning when City's Vincent Vieira play's a sloppy pass and the ball is picked up by Adam Reach who quickly plays the ball into the path of Dwight McNeil with a drop of his shoulder he turns City defender Phillippe Sandler to play a nice ball for Zakky Mirralas who lays it off for Tymo Reus to hit first time just to see his effort come back off the post that Erik Walker clears to safety ! With City looking nervous the manager backs out order for the defence to tighten up ! With City's Gerard Gundogan picking up the ball on the halfway line he plays it out wide for Riyad Sterling to chase beating The Wba defender to the ball, Riyad Sterling plays it square for Shane Zaha but his tame effort goes wide of the post and the half time whistle blows with both teams level and on the balance of play it was fair !
With no changes made at the break the second half gets underway City look to have started slow Wba's Nick Clayton-Phillips picks up the ball after a brilliant challenge on Vincent Vieira with a short dash forward Nick Clayton-Phillips plays a brilliant ball towards Zakky Mirralas , City defender Phillippe Sandler see's the danger steps out to try and intercept the ball taking Zakky Mirralas off his feet for the ref to blow for a free kick ! With the City wall in place Wba's Jamie Rodriguez places the ball down and with a slow run up curls a magnificent shot past Moraes Ederson directly from a free-kick just outside the 'D' to give Wba the lead ! With City behind they stepped up a gear and played with abit more speed ! City's Danny Ake bombs forward down the left and Gerard Gundogan picks him out with a brilliant ball , Danny Ake cuts inside and plays the ball low across the Wba area Fernando de Jesus picks up the ball but also a tough challenge from Nacer Hegazi and the ref had no choice but to blow for a freekick with huge boo's from the home fans ! Julian Speroni takes control of his defenders and lines up his wall , City's Gabriel Torres swerves a superb shot past the keeper directly from a free-kick on the edge of the box, to put the teams back on level terms quickly after falling behind and on the balance of play it's what City deserved ! It wasn't long after that City called on the bench as the game had gone abit stale and Andre Zeklos was brought on for Vincent Vieira to add energy to the midfield ten minutes later Wba made a double substitution with Isaac Green coming on for Adam Reach and Weston McKennie was brought on for Tymo Reus and Wba was rewarded instantly when Dwight McNeil played a brilliant through ball for Zakky Mirralas to chase into the City area under pressure from City defender Tyson Harwood-Bellis who clumsily pulls down Zakky Mirralas to give the ref no choice but to point to the spot with the City players saying he went down to easy ?! Weston McKennie on the pitch for 2 minutes picks up the ball and places it down on the spot , With a huge blow of air he takes his run up and places the ball into the bottom right had corner that Moraes Ederson was unlucky not to reach to give Wba the lead ! With City behind it was time to call on their final sub and Shane Zaha made way for Bernabe de Silva but this did little for City who looked shaken in defence , Nick Clayton-Phillips and Dwight McNeil played a brilliant one , two to advance with the ball with the City defence back peddling Dwight McNeil picked out the right pass to find Zakky Mirralas who cracked the ball over the line from way outside the area after some nice passing football to kill any hopes of a City fight back in the final minutes ! The third goal killed of City and any hopes of getting something from the game 1 The final whislt blew and Wba continued their great start to the season and send City home with question marks over the performance !

Wba and City was level all the way through the stats ! but it seems City's defence had a bad really bad game today with the free kick and penalty costing them dearly ? The game is out the way now just hope City can bounce right back ? Wba on the other hand look good and this is the best start in div1 they've had !!

Forest boyed by last weeks good win was back at home and made the one change with Ryan Yates taking up a place in midfield in place of Larry Arter who takes up a place on the bench.

Kick off and its Sant'Antioco that look the better side taking control of the early play with some nice passing but it's Forest who opens the scoring when Ethan Dekel-Daks plays a short ball into the feet of Jay Lolley but a stern challenge from Sant'Antioco's Trevor Messi takes his legs and not the ball and the ref awards a free kick 20 yards from goal , Ryan Yates places the ball down and steadies himself while the wall lines up ! Ryan Yates runs up and gives Forest the lead as he smashed a fantastic shot past the keeper directly from the free-kick ! In the early exchanges is was against the run of play but it seemed to shift Sant'Antioco up a gear , Sant's Emiliano Delossantos picks the ball up deep inside the Forest half and holds the ball up well as he awaits for players to get forward with a nice ball through the Forest defence Arley Rodriguez lobbed the ball nicely over the keeper from way outside the area following a nice run from the centre circle, to put the teams back on level terms and the game was back on ! Forest looked all over the place and un-organised ! Petr Bilik plays a brilliant one , two with Emiliano Delossantos who slips the ball to Barrie Blakeman to beat the keeper and prod the ball into the empty net after breaking through a badly executed offside trap. Forest was shell shocked two goals in the space of four minutes ! But it didn't end there Forest was again made to pay when a brilliant ball down the left wing from Emiliano Delossantos found Ali Anouzla in plenty of space he had the time to pick out a brilliant cross that Hugo Radoja headed in brilliantly from close range after a driving attack down the left ! Forest was on the floor and out the game as the whistle went for half time !
With both sides making no changes the second half got underway and Forest was trying desperately to find a way back into the game a neat ball into the feet of Diogo Carvalho who had time to find the pass to set Bryan Roy free but Bryan Roy could only see his tame effort held well by Sant keeper Zak Van Der Meyde ! Forest had run out of ideas so a double substitution from Forest Larry Arter was brought on for Ryan Yates who seemed to have taken a knock and Innocent Emeghara was brought on for Jay Lolley to try and spark some life into the attack but neither did anything and the game eventually come to an end !!

Forest looked boor today ! we had chances but fail to make them count and they found Sant'Antioco very clinical ! Sant had the better part of the game but Forest wasn't at the races and alot needs doing to get this team on track for life in the prem !!

Hope everyone had a good weekend sorry I'm abit late this week had alot on at home so will get the moa open cup fixtures done this week and everything posted up :)
