Feels a big week for Vaga as we continue to battle for league and cup glory.

2nd vs 1st in the league as we travel to Lochar Thistle. They did a number on us earlier in season and would love to get payback for that and try to shake them off our tails. A tough game ahead and feel a draw is likely.


In the cup we have a trip to Div 1 Hammerfall. They are competing for promotion themselves and will be keen to get a scalp in the cup. On paper we are stronger but they have some key players who could do some damage. Hopefully we should take a 2-0 win to move to next round.

It was a close game as expected although Lochar managed to put away the telling chance and take the points.
Some big games coming up for our season in next 4/5 weeks.


Happy enough with cup win and a special mention to a number of clubs who caused cup upsets this week! Div Two is well represented in last 8 with 3 sides! The draw could guarantee one of them in semi finals too.

Had a new striker arrive this week too, trying to find where from as don't have him listed in finances, on AM section nor in transfers section!! Looks like money has gone from account so assume an AM bid but I only have 1 that I am currently highest bid on.

Kildare drew at home to Arduthie and Rangers went down 2-1 at Long Eaton Swiss..could have been a much heavier defeat to be honest.
Very long way to go with my sides and Rangers are as poor as any team i've had and are potless already

It's been another poor week in ss land and I've spent more time in the sulking corner than I would like ! a few results today abit hard to take but must keep trying harder !!!

City get a good win away at Methley Ravens with a fine display of finishing on show something City have lacked this season !! It was a very close game with City creating the better chances and finally finding the scoring touch that has been what the team has missed in alot of matches this season ! hopefully this is a corner we have now turned and we can aim for a higher finish ?

Wba get a hard defeat at home to Ropery Trinity nothing in the game between the sides both having an equal share of the ball and a fair amount of chances but again Ropery being the more clinical and taking home the spoils , a tough defeat to take as Wba had been on a great run over the last two months so this defeat is a huge blow with them trying to keep pace with the promotion pack !

Forest get a comfortable win away at Winterhold F.C it was a professional display from Forest who maybe could have added more to the score line but they come away with the points to keep the pace on top 3 ! Hooijdonk bags a brace to make it 3 goals since his return to the club and 25 for the club overall.

Forest crash out the cup with a pens defeat at home to Methley Ravens ! how it even got to extra time and a pen shoot out I'm left asking the question ? Forest put in a dominating display and played Methley Ravens off the park ! Can't take anything away from Methley as they took 2 of the 3 chances they created and held on forcing the game into added minutes ! Forest on the other hand create 29 shots overall with 11 of them on target ! You can be sure extra training on how to defend and score will be added to the weeks training drills over the coming days / weeks !!

So it brings another poor week to an end ! have a good weekend everyone
