Soccer Star :: View topic - SS Youth Challenge Cup

To avoid Charscot having a bye in the quarters I have put all the teams that lost to one of Tim's teams in a draw as a lucky loser who get a second chance.

The lucky team is Audenshaw Town who now return as a quarter finalist so Mike you have a couple of entries to send myself.

The draw is now 100% up to date and we have just one 3rd round match to be played (it has been sent to Glynn) and currently there are 6 entries awaited for the quarters (I have March Town and Charscot's in).

Ok... having chatted with a couple of managers and received comments from the participants I have decided to re-enter Charscot back into the draw. Clearly whilst my intentions were for the best seemingly the managers all feel I should stay in the comp - and many thanks to you all for the comments.

Before Tim decides to send me umpteen pm's asking to be brought back in please note Tim, it isn't going to happen. All the managers felt I should be in the comp...not one manager has said you should be re-instated so don't even go there

I will edit the draw accordingly and put the result of the Revelstone v Charscot game back in.

Yeah I was very surprised by that, Madrid have a far better side than StJ judging by Mike's web site.

Can't believe I've got two in the semis

Neither will make the final but never mind :lol:

As a competitor who had both teams knocked out in the first round I agree that the competition should continue without Tim and with Charscot.

Thanks to everyone for getting their turns in so quickly. I am awaiting one game back from Glynn so the semi-final draw is now up. Deadline is this coming friday.

I'm just impressed in reaching the semi's to be honest and arguably got the best draw too . March Town have improved massively since finding Luis on week one and the others around him have improved massively too. Long may it continue

I'm so pleased to have got this far ( albeit by teams being removed ) but that wasn't my problem i guess
