There will be groups of teams all playing each other twice (home and away). The group winners will progress to the second round along with the group runners up. the group stage is drawn via a random wheel generator, but I will aim to keep sides run by the same manager apart.
The second round is a two legged knockout game with home and away venues. After that is a two legged semi final (home and away) followed by the Final, which is a single game with venue being the team with the best group stage record (or random if equal).
Missed games will be awarded an X to the offending side and a second failure will result in a 3-0 win for opponent, if both side miss it twice then a 0-0 draw. In the two legged games, away goals WILL count double in the event of a tie.
