Away at Mearns Academy this week. It's 15th v 16th in division 1, so not likely to be televised.. We both have identical 2-1-10 records and are both in dire need of the win.

To let you know I have resigned as manger of Ropery Trinity. Managed them for 6 or 7 seasons I think. Had a pretty good side in the end. But, for some reason, I fell out of love with them, so have decided to call it a day. Still managing (I use that term loosely) Rovers NSA and Alexandra WS though.

Cheers chaps.
Yes Chris we have had some good battles over the years. Tough games those.
Never say never on coming back, I dropped my WS and came back.
Needed to focus my efforts on my other two sides. Worked a treat this week, lost both games..

Weren't getting any more (Andy) Joy from them?

Seriously though, sad to see you go. You have very much had the upper hand against Crewe PR in recent campaigns, although to be fair I have been distracted by the real world myself until recently, which has very much been reflected in our perilous league position. Also, our modern day clashes pale into significance to those of Sexy Alexandra v Coventry UK in the early 90's in the Allied..

Best of luck with your other sides!

Away to Galston this week and we need to get a winning run together and start climbing this table now if we are going to have any interest at the top end come end of season.

City get a hard earned point away to Melwood , not the best performance from us ! or not what I expected with how I'd set up ? but we kept our second clean sheet of the season , still need our luck to change we can still do this !

Wba get a good win against a tricky Mos Eisley United , close game overall but Wba create the better and a few more chances to finally take the win , tough match next week but we will take it one week at a time still a long way to go yet .

Forest get a fair draw away at local side Beeston Town F.C , Forest abit wasteful on the day and the defence just couldn't hold out for the final whistle but key defender returns to hopefully give the defence some much needed strength .

All Qf games played well done everyone :D ! onto the second leg next week , hope you all have a good weekend. 8)

A 4-0 win for AFC Scarborough and we are three points below the promotion spots. Wasn't expecting that in my first season.

Cracking win for Coppenhallstars, although we didn't really deserve it. Not much in the stats, but we only had the two shots on target and scored both while top of the table Panthers had five and couldn't get past our keeper.

Scout came across a decent midfielder (for us anyway) and the value of the foreign YP signed this week shot up £1m...so not a bad week at all.

:D Good comedy Gav. Well not bad for you.
Nice to see you back on the forum again and having time to focus on manging Crewe PR again. Although to be honest, with you being bottom I assumed you where focused already
Notice you are in the WS league also. Hope to lock horns with you sometime in the future there instead.
