I despair of Hundon Harriers 2017. 5-1-2 record over the first 8 games but 2-8-8 since.

As I desperately wait for the season to end we face East Riding who started with 27 points from their first nine games but then 18 points from the next fifteen games. Form would suggest a draw, but both sides really need a win.

After an 10 goal thriller with Wigan last time (we lost 6-4) this one surely can't match that for entertainment, can it??

Cue a 0-0 with no shots at all

Whitby Town are at Kamikaze Vipers we need to take something from this game. York Rovers are away to Leith so I would expect a win and that would help Staisacre United who travel to Istra Pula.

Askham Bryan United have a tough game at Duffield, Tadcaster Albion travel to Chapel North and Par Athletic are home to scrubs. Five away games and one home game this week.

Five away games this week so Two wins two draws and 2 defeats so not a disastrous week. Par got off to a flyer 2-0 up after 2 minutes and York Rovers won 1-0. Draws for Whitby Town and Tadcaster Albion. Defeats for Stainsacre UNited who are relegated this week and Askham Bryan UNited who have gone from 1st to 3rd.

Chadds season is petering out like a damp squid  as we lose for the third game on the trot, should've got something from the game, had the chances but didn't finish & the Def doing the man to man scores the winner   it's not looking good for next week against Jedi

Didn't I predict that    a close game which we edged but couldn't find a winner, still a third week unbeaten and that is rare this season (and indeed last season!!)

Very close game at Waterside but having made a few changes to the squad Corinthians have lost the ability to score and we go down 2-0.
Bad week on the injury front with a couple that will roll into next season, one of which is my only keeper..so next week looks interesting, just as well we are pretty much safe...I think we are anyway :)

Astonishing result between Hundon and East Riding: very harsh on our opponents - a draw would have seemed a fairer result. Next up: the division's joint top scorers.
